Vantage Property Development (VPD) serves as a consultant helping coordinate and oversee the planned development of Ocoa Bay—a destination community designed to blend hospitality, wellness, nature, and thoughtfully phased residential living.
Our role is to help keep the program organized, on-sequence, and execution-ready by aligning the work of architects, engineers, hotel/operator partners, contractors, legal/finance teams, and local stakeholders—so each phase is delivered with a consistent standard of quality and experience.
